Workshops

Each term we offer a range of group workshops designed to strengthen and enhance your academic skills. Our workshops are focused on a variety of topics to accommodate your needs as you move through your academic career. Workshops can be taken by undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and faculty members, with certain workshops targeting grad-specific skills.

How to register

Advance registration is required for all workshops.

You can register for workshops online, by phone at 780-492-2682, or in person at 2-300 Students’ Union Building. All forms of payment are accepted. Students are advised to register early as space is limited.

Please note that non-U of A registrants are charged a higher fee than U of A students. Customized workshops, seminars, and online instruction are also available for on-campus and off-campus groups.
